Today was my first shopping trip since the "budget" started. Scott has challenged me to take a certain amount of cash and see how long I can make it last! I told him his medicine should NOT be part of the challange. So my other two stops are not featured - since they were just his medicine - even though - one was buy one get one free and another I used coupons, got ECB back and hopefully will get $25 rebate. The rebate will go for more medicine probably - but I'm keeping the $5 for all the trouble. ha.
Total out of pocket cash spent $3.28 ( I did use some RR that I already had). I received back $17.50 RR toward future purchases. Not too bad of a beginning!
